Digital Guruji : Tell us a bit about yourself.
Ravindra R.: Hello Everyone, this is Ravindra R., director of Gruha Real Estate Agency. I have approx 15+ yrs of experience in Real estate and 10 yrs in Hospitality. I started my journey as a Pizza Delivery Boy. My hunger to earn knowledge and money helped me to achieve milestones in my life.
Digital Guruji : How did the idea for your business come about?
Ravindra R.: I am the co-founder of OWN MY HOME and Director of GRUHA a Pan India co started recently. OWN MY HOME was started by my colleague and Business Partner MR Guruprasad. It’s been 5 years as an entrepreneur.
Own my home, help people to get their shelter. We provide end-to-end services right from generating leads, site visits, and acquiring sale and loan approval.
Digital Guruji : Tell us about the people who impacted your journey.
Ravindra R.: Sunil Nair Sir, head of 3rd wave coffee, always inspires me every day.
Digital Guruji : How do you define success?
Ravindra R.: I see my success in seeing Happy customers. I still have not achieved it, I am in mid-way of achieving it. Recently, I have tied with business tycoons for Pan India Gruha.
Digital Guruji : What are your biggest achievements and falls in your journey?
Ravindra R.: We have been recognized as the achiever in channel sales and getting Mandates from the biggest names in the Real estate industry. It’s our luck and God’s blessing we have not seen any falls till now. It’s always been a growing Graph.
Digital Guruji : Tell us something about your education & family background.
Ravindra R.: My parents are from Bangalore and our native is Mandya. My mom Padmavathi was a Govt primary teacher and Dad Rangadhama had a sound system 35yrs back. I studied at Devangha Sangha school in SR Nagar and completed masters in Business Administration from Christ college.
Digital Guruji : How has the support from friends and family?
Ravindra R.: My family always stood like a supportive pillar for me. My wife Priyanka is a graduate of Christ University. She is a certified Digital Marketer and helped me in building a digital marketing team in OWN MY HOME.
Digital Guruji : Any Special Achievements you want to share with us?
Ravindra R.: Getting Recognised as the best Channel partner in Bangalore is the biggest achievement. Many big brands have approached us for giving exclusivity.
Digital Guruji : If you had the chance to start your career over again, what would you do differently?
Ravindra R.: I would like to start my career as an actor, I have a passion for the movie industry.
Digital Guruji : Tell us what a day in your life looks like.
Ravindra R.: I always start my day with Physical exercise early morning and love to spend valuable time with my wife and kids and then do the to-do list and start my resolution.

Ravindra R.: Many Persons think that I am very rude.
