Interview with Pawan Bhakuni
Digital Guruji : Why did you think of starting Social Media Marketing?
Pawan Bhakuni : I firstly saw people earning a lot then for some months I started providing social media services. I got a good network of people and regular clients for some months. It worked good later on I tried something else then I started doing boosting and somewhat reselling too. This made a huge connection of mine with the various companies managers and CEOs.
Digital Guruji : What were the challenges that you faced initially and how did you overcome it?
Pawan Bhakuni : When I started digital marketing I thought how to start and from where I will earn a good amount ..then I started connecting with people who are In this field .
They helped me in term of Investment as this didn’t work good In starting but later on I feel like this Is the only way to earn.
I faced problem to connect with people, later on social media help me In doing this then I got connected with various companies and started providing them digital services.
Digital Guruji : Tell us about the people who impacted your journey.
Pawan Bhakuni : I was mostly influenced by the people of our group HFF and my bestfriend ‘n’ my brother sandeep gangola who is currently a millionaire inspired me a lot. He gave me a platform and I worked hard, as people say I was good In studies , so he always used to tell me that their Is nothing In this type of work go and study hard.
Digital Guruji : Who was your first customer ?
Pawan Bhakuni : I don’t remember my first customer but at starting my work provided me a good result, some lucky day I even earned 20k within 1 hour later on people found this very common .
Digital Guruji : Which incident has stayed with you from your journey in Digital Marketing?
Pawan Bhakuni : I always wanted to feel In-depended so since I joined my college In year 2017, currently I am studying honors In physics from Delhi university. As I was IN the school toppers list so everyone insist me to study, even I want to.
Digital Guruji : What kind of culture exists in your organization?
Pawan Bhakuni : I just work alone, later on I started hiring people who can provide me clients and I pay their margin accordingly.
Later on I got connected with many people . My Inboxes used to get full of messages so I found It bulky and I used to answer and help each and every guy In this situtaion.
Digital Guruji : Did you raise funding for your venture? If yes, then please tell us how you got that.
Pawan Bhakuni : When I was In need of some money, so some of my online friends help me In that situation later on they become my best buddies …
Digital Guruji : How do you market your business, and which tactics have been most successful?
Pawan Bhakuni : Working from last 3 years, I got a lot of experience and having a good communication Is a weapon for your business. I just grew my business on various social media platforms from there clients used to Interact with me ..so now I have many clients around the world.
Digital Guruji : How do you define success?
Pawan Bhakuni : Success is nothing its just hard work ,determination and consistency towards your works ,even I faced so many problems like not having a single penny to this level.
Digital Guruji : Your previous jobs/ventures? What were you doing before choosing this field?
Pawan Bhakuni : I am not In this field whenever I feel like earning and whenever I feel like to earn money I do this work otherwise I am studying and I have to become an army officer.
Digital Guruji : Tell us something about your education & family background.
Pawan Bhakuni : I have studied from Sant Pauls school . Sandeep Is always my buddy since class 5th and I topped my school In 10th as well as 12th .. My mom Is a housewife and may father is an army personnel .
Digital Guruji : How has been the support from friends and family?
Pawan Bhakuni : I got full support from some my friends, mainly my social media friends. They help me in earning.
Digital Guruji : Do you believe there is some sort of pattern or formula to becoming a successful entrepreneur?
Pawan Bhakuni : There is no formula to become a entrepreneur, you just have to be creative and innovative and that how it works.
Digital Guruji : If you had a magic stick, which are the two things you would change in the world?
Pawan Bhakuni : If I had a magic stick, I would try to provide a good platforms to all the young entrepreneurs who wants to achieve good In this line of digital marketing or social media marketing.
Secondly I need to open a business so that I can hire people who will perform good for me and for my business.
Digital Guruji : What is the part of your life experience you would alter if you had the chance to?
Pawan Bhakuni : If I had the chance to alter something I would have join this line very early around when I would be In 7th class becausz I met people just 15yrs old earning a good amount.
Digital Guruji : If you had the chance to start your career over again, what would you do differently?
Pawan Bhakuni : If I had a choice to start my life again, I would have achieve everything within a short time period and would have created my own small world.
Digital Guruji : What inspires you? Whose work has influenced you most?
Pawan Bhakuni : Their are many young entrepreneurs here whom I met personally. They all are my source of motivation. They just said one thing “once you started earning then never look back”.
Digital Guruji : If you were given a choice of meeting any person you want, who will be that person?
Pawan Bhakuni : If I would get a chance of meeting any persons, It would be my friends those who help me a lot In flourishing my business.
Digital Guruji : Tell us about your learning’s in this entrepreneurship journey.
Pawan Bhakuni : In this entrepreneur journey, I learned a lot that how to communicate how to Influence and how to do business and It also helps me In growing my personality.
